Rates are based on two people per room and include a full country breakfast. Any additional guests are charged $20 per night. The rates do not include the 9% Vermont tax.
We require a deposit of one night's stay by check, Visa or Mastercard to hold your room. If a deposit is not received within ten days, your reservation will be cancelled. Deposits will be fully refunded if cancelled three weeks prior to arrival date.
Check in is after 4 pm but we can make provisions if you need to check in earlier.
Check-out is before 11:00 am
Children four and older welcome.

Willard Suite
The Willard Suite has a king size bed in a large quiet room located conveniently on the ground floor. This room has a private bath with a brand new shower and tub. The adjoining sitting room to the suite has a double pull out sofa bed, a refridgerator, microwave, table, desk, DVD/VHS player, and a television. There are french doors separating both rooms for privacy.

Hampton Room
The Hampton Room is a bright and sunny room with a king size bed, private bathroom with shower, television, refridgerator, and air conditioning.

Rose Room
The Rose Room is a bright and large room with both a queen and twin size bed. The room has a half bath (toilet and sink) and shares the hallway bathroom (brand new tub and shower). The room includes a television and air conditioning.

The Meadow Room has a queen sized sleigh bed and faces out over our large backyard. It is a cozy and peaceful room. It has a television and shares the hallway bath (brand new tub and shower).
